This perfect blend of diced mango, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh mint is ideal for serving with chips, spooning over grilled chicken or fish or using as a topping for tacos!
1 cup diced fresh mango*
1/3 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1 tablespoon finely diced fresh jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime lime juice from lime
5mL (5 dropperfuls)Koala Mint CBD Tincture
Pinch of salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serve with chips or as a topping for grilled seafood, chicken or tacos!
*If you don't have fresh mango, you can use frozen mango chunks. It is recommend to dice it while it's still frozen as it becomes very soft when thawed. Once diced, allow the mango to thaw and drain the extra liquid before adding the remainder of the ingredients.
