Mint Lavender Chai Latte with CBD

Bring on the calm with this relaxing concoction that combines the soothing properties of lavender and CBD, with chai and cashew milk. I like to sip this in the afternoon — when I want a little boost of caffeine but none of the anxiety associated with coffee. A Lavender chai latte is a great wake-up call, or a pick-me-up treat for a stressful day.


  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 cup Tazo or other organic chai latte concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. dried culinary lavender
  • 5mL (5 dropperfuls) Koala Mint CBD Tincture


  1. Heat milk and chai together in a medium pot until beginning to boil.
  2. Add lavender and cover; let steep for 3 minutes. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer to remove lavender.
  3. Add Koala Mint CBD Tincture, stir to combine and pour in mugs.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
