This minty matcha chocolate treat requires a few unique ingredients but it's worth the extra effort. Melt into calm as they melt in your mouth.


  • 3/4 cup mint chocolate, or chopped mint chocolate candy like Andes Mints, or Chocolate of your choice with Mint extract added to taste

White Chocolate:

  • 1/4 cup  cacao butter of your choice (2 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp raw cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional if you are using peppermint flavored CBD oil)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Any Koala CBD Tincture
  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder

Our favorite matcha powder is from our friends at Tea. Their Organic small batch matcha is the perfect addition to this recipe. ​


  1. Melt the mint chocolate in the top of a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Spoon a little chocolate into the bottoms of 6 peanut butter cup molds (or small shallow silicone molds of your choice), filling dividing evenly between the cups.  Place in the freezer until hard, about 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cacao butter, cashew butter, vanilla, maple syrup,  and sea salt over a double boiler, and whisk until smooth.  Add the CBD oil and matcha powder and whisk until blended.
  4. Pour the mint white chocolate over the dark chocolate in the cups and place them in the freezer until set, about 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy! Store any extra in the refrigerator.
